Cold is better; in cold you can adjust needed warmth with clothing, but try to do same in heat wave (hint, you can only alleviate the heat but never cool properly middle of heat)
Cold is better than heat because it is easier to heat yourself by adding one extra layer, over removing yours skin and flesh from yours bones to cool yourself
